These Terms and Conditions for the use of the online store www.mobelon.md apply to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by G&D OFFICE SRL through the site.
For proper use of the site, we recommend carefully reading these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This site is owned by G&D OFFICE SRL. By registering an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or the provision of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions) as presented below.
Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by G&D OFFICE SRL in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationships between the client and the seller are established based on Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the changes.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the site www.mobelon.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for the processing/confirmation/execution of orders.
Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.
We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information on the site. Data transmission over the internet or a wireless network cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer, who does so at his own risk.
3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Order payment is possible by payment card — upon receipt of the order, you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming the payment.
Online payment is made with maximum security using a payment card that allows online transactions. After making the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secure maib page where authentication of each cardholder is done by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.
Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase.
To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is done in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.
The following data will be required to make the payment:
- Card number (16 digits)
- Expiration date (month and year)
- CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
- Name and surname on the payment card
If the card's currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), then the conditions of the issuing bank will apply when converting the amount deducted from the card account.
4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / GOODS / SERVICES
After registering the order, the buyer will be provided with information regarding the estimated date of order delivery by couriers/delivery service.
Delivery within Chisinau municipality is made within 24 hours from the confirmation of the order by our operators. Delivery is made from 14:00 to 20:00 and is free for orders of at least 500 MDL. For orders of lesser value, delivery costs 50 MDL (which will be included in the total transaction/order amount).
Delivery within the territory of the Republic of Moldova is made within 72 hours from the confirmation of the order by our operators. Delivery is made from 8:00 to 21:00 and is chargeable, with the delivery cost depending on the volume of the product and the distance.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or national holidays.
The delivery term can be extended in certain isolated situations (e.g.: unfavorable weather conditions, holiday periods, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you in advance if we encounter one of these isolated situations.
You can choose any delivery address — home, office, or any other address, without additional charges. We accept only one delivery address for each order. If you need to deliver the order to different addresses, please register separate orders for each address.
Upon receiving the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.
5. RIGHT OF RETURN
According to the notion from Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on Consumer Protection, the Buyer has the right to return the purchased product/goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the date of purchase. The money will be returned to the card from which the purchase was made.
Acceptance will be made when the Products comply with the characteristics mentioned in the Order. If the Buyer discovers that the delivered Products do not comply with the requested specifications, he will inform the Seller to bring them into compliance. For non-compliant Products, the Buyer has the right to return them.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract without having to justify the withdrawal decision within 14 days, starting from the day he takes physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by the Buyer. Withdrawal from purchase is applicable only to Buyers — individuals.
Contracts for the supply of products that show physical changes, impacts, chips, scratches, as well as products that have been made according to a special order, cannot be terminated.
The Buyer will notify the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the Contract in writing (with proof of receipt from the Seller) at its headquarters.
Return and transport costs for the product, in the case where the Buyer withdraws from the purchase within 14 days from receipt, are borne by the Buyer. Refunds will be made within no more than 14 days from the date the Seller is notified of the decision to withdraw from the Contract.
Custom-made furniture items cannot be exchanged or returned in accordance with Annex No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO 248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 02.11.2007 (MO 175/09.11.2007).

6. PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith and in compliance with legal provisions. The processing of personal data is carried out by mixed means (automatic and manual), in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of the data subjects.
The provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing orders: name, surname, phone number, address, postal address.
Personal data is used exclusively for the administration of the site, to provide access to special information, for order delivery, or to contact the consumer for delivery execution. By this notice, users and consumers are informed that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers provided through navigation, use, and registration on the website www.mobelon.md.
Any information provided by users and consumers of the website www.mobelon.md will be considered and will represent their explicit consent for personal data to be used by the Provider.
The provider will not disclose any data held to a third party without the consent of the data subjects and will not sell, exchange, or disclose this data to other persons, except as provided by current legislation (at the request of state public institutions, law enforcement agencies, courts, and other organizations authorized to process personal data).
Personal data may be processed and used by the Provider for statistical and marketing purposes.
The service provider complies with personal data security requirements and ensures the protection of consumers' data to prevent them from being lost, destroyed, distorted/falsified, or disclosed to third parties.
The service provider's employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of consumers' personal data. Personal data processing will be carried out by the Provider's authorized person.
The provider uses security methods and technologies in accordance with current legal provisions.
The provider does not collect transaction information such as card number, expiration date, country of origin.
